Ha Noi on the sustainable democracy

Vietnam , a country faced all type of invasions for centuries. Even then it stood all pain and torture of history bravely showed it’s inner strength by becoming one the best and fast growing developing economy. The democracy is in sustainable move. Even though the single party democratic process is happening it moves in correct direction with clear path ahead. I was sponsored by FES , India to be a an International expert in the seminar held in Hanoi ( Ha Noi ) during 6-8 October, 2011. It is an interesting experience to be among experts from Australia, Japan, Germany, South Koria and intellectuals Members of National Assembly of Vietnam.

The plenary session of Assembly is opening up new thoughts. Indian system in Plenary sittings are very useful for discussion and consideration. The member has got very good opportunity to put the feelings of the citizens pain, suffering, plea suer, appreciation and constructive ideas by participation in the debate, Zero hour, special mention, question hour, calling attention, Private Member resolution ,Private Member Bill, Petition, Half- an – hour discussion and other method of interventions.
